DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN/EXCHANGE?

If you are returning your order for a refund, you will be responsible for your own return shipping cost. The shipping label amount will be deducted from your total refund. If you are using your own shipping label, we recommend that you send your package with tracking included as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns. 

If you are exchanging your order, we provide complimentary return shipping label for all U.S. customers. You will not be required to pay the cost of it! 

 

CAN I GET HELP FINDING A BETTER MATCH?

Once we receive your return request, it will take about 5-7 days for the return to be processed and approved for exchange.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE?

Your new order will be released for processing as soon as our warehouse has received and inspected your return. Kindly allow 3-5 business days for this once your package has arrived back at our warehouse. All new orders will take an additional 1-2 business days to process and ship from our warehouse, regardless of the shipping method.

Note: If you are exchanging for a lower value item. we will issue a partial refund back to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for this credit to appear on your bank statement. If you are exchanging for a higher value item we will email you a custom invoice to pay for difference in price. As soon as this has been paid, your new order will be released for processing.

 

WILL I BE REFUNDED MY EXPRESS SHIPPING COST?

No. Express shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN OPENED HAIR?

No. Human hair extensions are considered to be a hygienic product by law. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all our customers. Once your package arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected to ensure the security seals haven't been tampered with. The lifespan of PrettyFyne Hair extensions is determined by how well they are taken care of, what products are used on them, and how often they are worn. Usually, the lifespan of PrettyFyne Hair extensions can last you up to 24 months, depending on the general care they receive. In order to keep your extensions in the best shape possible, we recommend trained professional hair stylist for your extensions up keep.

• Can the hair be straightened?

Yes, it can be straightened using hot tools. Excessive heat application could cause hair damage over time. Before using heated tools always use a heaat protectant as you would your normal hair, and use a low to medium heat setting. Ensure the tool is constantly moving on your extensions and never static in one place for too long in order to prevent heat damage. 

• Can I wash the hair?

PrettyFyne Hair extensions are real human hair, thus you will be able to treat it just like your own hair. This includes the ability to wash it and reuse it.It's safe to use most shampoos and conditioners that you'd use on your own natural hair, however, it is recommeded to be cautious of using products that includes harsh ingredience that can dry out the hair. This includes sulfates and alcohols.

• Can the hair be colored?

Yes, it can be colored. Seek the help of trained professional hair colorist when applying color to this human hair.When dyeing real human hair, it's best to steer clear of any bleach as it can damage the quality of the hair. While it is made of real human hair and can take bleach, this may result in a quality change that may be hard to reverse.
